My Personal Philosophy

Allpeople, everywhere, can learn. Provided they are givenproper instruction and adequate time to internalize, process and understand the lessons they are being taught. Effective instructionmust be learner centered, objective oriented, and task/outcome focused. Outcomes must be observable, quantifiable and meaningful to the student. Feedback should be accuate, timely and about the task performed.
